KingsHub provides Print-on-Demand (POD) services, where products are printed based on the customer’s order and shipped directly to them.

4. Orders and Payments

  • All orders placed are considered final once payment is made.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate product details, design files, and delivery information.

  • Payments must be made via the available payment methods listed at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping timelines may vary depending on the location and product type.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers will receive tracking information once the order is shipped.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Since all products are made-to-order, returns and refunds are not applicable unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product by contacting us at info@kingshub.store with photos of the product.

  • Order cancellations are only accepted if made within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the product purchased.
