At Kings Hub Store, every product is specially printed and customized just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our services, we follow the policy below for returns and refunds.


1. No Standard Returns

  • we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size/color choice, or personal preference.

2. Eligible for Replacement

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective or damaged during delivery.
  • Incorrect product sent compared to your confirmed order.
  • Missing items from your order package.

To qualify, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are approved only if replacement is not possible (e.g., out of stock or service issue).
  • Once your claim is verified, refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order.
  • After processing begins (printing initiated), cancellations are not possible.

  • Reason for replacement/refund request

6. Shipping for Replacements

  • If a replacement is approved, Kings Hub Store will cover the shipping cost for defective/incorrect items.
  • Replaced/Exchanged Products will be delivered within 4-5 days.
  • For cases where the customer provided the wrong address or details, reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.

7. Final Note

Our aim is to deliver best quality custom products with care. While standard returns are not possible for personalized items, we are committed to resolving any genuine issues quickly and fairly.
